Outstanding service! Derek was great in helping facilitate the communication between my extended warranty company and me. He provided detailed information on what maintenance needed to be done now and helped game plan the work that should be done in the future. All work was completed promptly and with expertise by the technician Berry. During checkout, Chris was very patient with answering my questions. My truck now drives better than when I bought it! Highly recommend Argyle Auto Care. I will continue to see them for any maintenance needed on all my vehicles.
If you have a diesel truck, DO NOT BRING IT HERE! These guys tried to charge me $7k when a check engine light came on. They said critical components needed to be replaced. Low and behold, I call my REAL diesel mechanic and a few sensors needed to be replaced. Cost me a whopping $375.00 VS $7k!!!! Oil change… go for it, real repair on a diesel… walk away as fast as you can. Frankly, shame on this company and I will never do business with them again.
Avoid this place at all costs. I took my car there and got it back in a worse condition than it was in. I tried to take it back in and get them to correct what they messed up, and they declined service. Toxic service and terrible customer service. Worst car service I’ve ever been to in my life; what a way to treat your Veterans. Shameful. Thieves. If I could give you negative stars, I would.
