Came here a couple times before pandemic satisfied with service. Today, three stylists there. One gal in front, swept, picked up her phone, and went to the back room. A guy with a very unprofessional weird cut hair with ponytail and horrid angry look on his face went into back room. Another gal (ring in her nose) came to get us checked in and I gave her my phone number and told her what I wanted and she went to the back room and talked with the man, then came back out and we just kind of stood there ….and nobody smiled nobody said anything ……else nobody welcomed us and there was like a black cloud of gloom over the shop and we just didn’t feel good about staying there. When someone comes to get their hair done they like to come into happiness and be made to feel comfortable… We were not in anyway comfortable… nor did we feel welcomed. And if employed people are not happy about their jobs, they’re not gonna be happy about doing your hair. So we told her we were going to the store and then we left and went somewhere else. When I’m in Euless, I go to Euless Supercuts lots of times and ALWAYS met with a smile and a warm welcome!
If there was an option for no stars i would select it. Walked in and was given looks from the stylists like my kids and I didn't belong there. Asked one of the stylists about hair donations since my daughter wanted to donate her hair and she gave a cold answer back. Never coming back to this place.
Supercuts, thank you for reminding me why I don’t go to Supercuts. Inexpensive haircut but you get what you pay for.
