Hello dear friends, and fellow Sonic customers. After experiencing the worst customer service experience yesterday having to wait 25 minutes for an order of a couple of soft drinks. I was given a coupon for a free large drink on the next visit. I decided to give Sonic a second chance and went in to the Sonic in Argyle to redeem the coupon given to me and to my surprise the lady in charge of this sonic location simply told me that she could not redeem my coupon because it was not stamped. Please Sonic upper management get your game together and provide a customer service training to your employees or simply ask the Shell management to provide your employees some tips on what they do because the Shell employees never disappoint. After tonight's experience I much rather take my business to Chick-fil-A.
I am posting here to warn everyone to avoid eating at this sonic. I ordered the patty melt and did not see the mold until I had already eaten some. I have been sick, throwing up, for the last hour. Customer service was no help and no one at this sonic location will answer. Wanted to post this to warn everyone since nothing is clearly being done about it. Very disappointing.
Multiple times i have gotten at least 1 of my corndogs with a putrid smell and taste. Accompanied by a discolored hotdog inside. This is not acceptable. Burgers are always cold, while the veggies on the same burger are warm like room temp. Seems like nothing is being stored properly.
